4. Parcel will be sending to you by post,Fedex,UPS or whatever service you suggested,
   
   
5. The minimum order of silver jewelry items must be more than given quantity in quantity section of shop cart.
   


6. Our all prices are FOB India.Shipping charges will be extra.
   
   
7. After receiving the order, the order may be fulfill within 15-20 days.

What you see is what you get

www.harshinternational.biz has made every effort to display the Jewelry as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with weight and accurate color options. However, we are aware that colors and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. So actual and original product color look slightly different. This is unavoidable, but we are sure that all customers will be delighted with their items upon receipt.

Please mention in advance if you need any other supporting document which is desirable to import or clearance from customs these goods in your country such as certificate of origin . This is buyer responsibility to inform about it advance.
Stamping:-

If you need your company stamp on goods or stamp as 92.5 in silver or 18 kt / 14 kt / 12kt or 750 on gold. Please tell us at the time of order. It might need some payment to be done for your company name stamp.
Rhodium or polishing:- if you need any special kind of polishing or rhodium please mention it at the time of order.

Packaging:- If you need any special kind of packaging please give the instruction at the time of order. Otherwise standard packing will be done.

Returns

The Company operates a 7-day No quibble Guarantee. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on navel Jewelry and earrings. Rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable. Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items. Any goods sent back without prior consent from www.harshinternational.biz will be sent back at your cost. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Harsh International offices Please note that returns are subject to a 5USD $ charge. This is to cover the charge issued to us by the bank, for every refund applied.

Faulty products / damaged items:

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement... Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country’s national postal service or agreed as per our instructions we recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services.
